Care clearly went into the remaster. These songs sound fantastic and are true to the original sound and intensity of the golden era of Midwest screamo 🙌 beejwins

One of the best post-hc that I've ever heard, this stuff drills deep. Heart-grating album, full of bona fide cleansing fire. Spectre of sweet painful feelings that these guys adduce are so sincere, so genuine. Musicianship is awesome, plenty of little tricks and details going on all the time. Catharsis is the only word for this masterpiece. 𝙅𝙤𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙡

Unsure why Gillian Carter has been slept on in the screamo scene. While the modern screamo community is busy transitioning to deathcore clones and watered-down emoviolence, Gillian Carter has consistently been pushing the envelope with heavy, honest, cathartic, and genuine emotional hardcore punk. There is no twinkly emo bullshit here, just a dense, dark, and emotional response to the current world, that never loses its thread of melody. alliteration_
